Delete your LibRoom account

Before you start: cancel your subscription

Deleting your LibRoom account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel LibRoom Pro first, or you may keep being charged.

• iOS: Settings → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to LibRoom.
2. Go to My Info.
3. Open Delete account and confirm.

Your account and personal library are deleted immediately. We'll send a confirmation email to the address linked to your account.

Can't open the app?

Email support@libroom.app from the address linked to your account, with the subject line “Delete my LibRoom account.” We’ll verify it’s you and delete your account within 30 days. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done.

Want a copy of your data first?

Ask for an export before you delete — send a support request in the app, or email support@libroom.app. We'll send your library as CSV.
